This Privacy Statement informs you how the Canadian Swine Health Board collects, uses and discloses the personal information that you provide to us through use of our online Forum Registration.

When you register online for the Canadian Swine Health Forum at www.swinehealth.ca, we ask for your name, email address, password, postal address, telephone number and a valid credit card number.  We use this information to process your Forum registration.  We use your telephone number for the sole purpose of contacting you in the event of a registration-related issue, and not for marketing or other purposes.  We use your email address to notify you of any Forum-related information prior to the event.  Credit Card information will be used for the sole purpose of processing the registration fee associated with the Canadian Swine Health Forum and will not be retained.

The Canadian Swine Health Board will not sell, license, trade or rent your personal information to or with any third parties.  The Canadian Swine Health Board may only disclose personal information about its participants to a third party if a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order legally requires or authorizes us to do so.
