February 19 – 23 in Davos, Switzerland — One Health, One Planet, One Future: The One Health Summit 2012 consists largely of topical plenary sessions with keynote presentations and panel debates. Accepted contributions submitted to the call for abstracts will be presented in parallel and poster sessions. Scientific, operational and policy-oriented discussions will evolve; workshops will be held to foster good practice and experience exchange, discuss state of the art research and build capacity. A number of working groups will address specific topics and come up with suggestions to be integrated into the Davos One Health Action Plan. Social events and company exhibitions offer additional opportunities to discuss ideas, initiate partnerships and increase networks. Format includes plenary sessions with keynote speeches and panel debates, parallel sessions, poster exhibition, company exhibition, workshops and working groups.

June 10th to 13th, 2012 in Jeju, Korea — IPVS 2012 will be a meaningful congress for the reasons that the congress is coming back to Asia in 16 years and Korea is an important player in the ever-growing Asian swine market of feed, pork and animal health products.
