Evening Program: The Canadian Swine Health Forum is pleased to offer an Explore Your Senses Wine & Food Station event at Jackson Triggs Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This exclusive, all-access dinner experience is the ultimate networking experience and will allow attendees to free flow throughout the winery, while exploring different wine and food stations staged at various locations throughout the winery. Each station area will feature its own wine and food pairings. Tickets for this event are sold via the registration process, at a cost of $80/ticket.
Language: Presentations will be made in either French or English, with simultaneous interpretation available.
Dress code: Business casual for the Forum and semi-formal for the evening program on Thursday, November 3rd, 2011.

Registration information
- Early registration, up to and including October 7th, 2011 is $225
- Registration beyond October 7th, 2011 is $275
- Student registration is $100
- Registration closes on Thursday, October 27th, 2011
- Refund Policy: Cancellation on or before October 20th, 2011 will result in a refund of 75% of the registration fees. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after October 20th, 2011.
- Registration includes one electronic copy of proceedings, as well as all scheduled meals and coffee breaks. Please note: Tickets for the Evening Program on Thursday, November 3rd, 2011 are sold separately.
